We would like to thank you for a wonderfull week cycling through the beautiful countrysite of Denmark. Although the weather could have been better, the mood amoung the group was fantastic. New friendships are born.

Thank you for the warm welcom and the perfect organisation.  We hope you all had a good rest afterwards. We went home with a bucket full of good memories.

Congratulations on both a successful and a memorable Cycling trip. I know you and the committee spent many months planning the trip --and it showed. ... I hope there are many more successful years ahead. I had a wonderful time thanks to you and your club, the trip was outstanding.

I would like to convey a massive thank you to the members of all the clubs who have organized such wonderful evenings with great company, food, wine and entertainment. It was obvious to all who attended that the club members put great time and effort into making this trip a big success:

SI Aarhus, SI Aarhus Kraka, SI Odder, SI Skanderborg, SI Silkeborg

Thank you again for all the coordinating, driving and keeping us all up to date. The trip wouldn't have been the same without you, the club members and all the other cyclists.

Thank you so much to you and all the other wonderful Danish Soroptimists for such a marvelous tour. Richard and I both enjoyed it so much. The countryside, the friendship and the fun will remain in our minds for a long time. Denmark is a very special country, even in the rain. I do hope that we are able to continue the friendships we made.

Will you please pass on our sincere thanks to all the members of Aarhus Soroptimists and indeed any of the other clubs that you meet.

A very BIG thank you for the fantastic tour you and a few Danish clubs from Jutland have organised. It was a great pleasure for me to meet Danish Soroptimists and the participants. Even ill, I enjoyed it a lot. With your help, I had the great pleasure to follow all the program, …on 4 wheels. With all my thanks and my congratulations for the great Aarhus tour, I wish you all a very nice summer.

Your hearty welcome led our visit to Aarhus a lovely adventure! I'm really very grateful to you and the planning group for the fantastic days we spent with you.

I'm very pleased even to know we could cooperate in helping the hospital children project.

It will be very moving to receive a lot of photos from the participants of the tour and keep the memory of the European sisters of Soroptimist. All the best to you all.

Thank you very much for everything you did for us to make the tour a big success! Now we can dream away with all these pictures in the nice memories we all have. Your club and sisterclubs really did a great job. Organizing this tour was much more difficult than in the Netherlands, where we had our hotel and dinner with us on the boat.

So chapeau! Hope to see you again somewhere in soroptimistland.

Having the advantage to join this wonderful event was for me the very peak of this summer!

Thank you all in the Soroptimist host clubs in Aarhus with surroundings!

To experience the beauty of the Danish countryside in midsummer time the way we travelled was splendid. It was an experience I never would have thought was able for me in this age of life. Today I use my bike at home every day for longer distances than before and that is wonderful.

The weather was perfect! I never noticed that it was windy some days, I was so occupied struggling up-hills!

About the rainy day: The good thing was that we were not on our bikes during the rain! We will all remember that day for ages and how wet we were in that famous place in Denmark and how special it was drinking champagne and listening to the history by the women’s oak when the rain was pouring down! It was the only rain we had worth mentioning.

And then, in the evenings, we had all this well tasting food and nice friendship meetings, everything so well organised.

A special thank you from me to the Danish participants who did their very best to keep us in “the tail” together with the group and in good spirit! Good comradeship!
